Rules

Short, public and the same for everyone. By placing a bid you agree to them.

1. Ranking

The board is sorted by bid amount, highest first. Ties go to whoever paid first. Ranks are recalculated instantly whenever a new bid is confirmed, so a higher bid can push you down at any time.

2. Bids

The minimum bid is $1. Bids are whole US dollars. You can raise your own bid at any time by submitting the same video link again; the new amount replaces the old one. Bids are one-off payments, not subscriptions — nothing renews.

3. No refunds

A bid buys a position at the moment it's confirmed, not a guaranteed position over time. Being outbid does not entitle you to a refund. Refunds are only issued if we remove your entry for a reason not covered by rule 5, or if a payment was made in error and you contact us within 24 hours.

4. Allowed content

Public videos hosted on YouTube, TikTok or Instagram that you own or have the right to promote. The video must stay public: if it is deleted or set to private, the entry is hidden until it's available again.

5. Prohibited content

No adult or sexually explicit content, no violence or gore, no hate speech, harassment or doxxing, no scams, malware, phishing or crypto pump schemes, no content involving minors in any inappropriate way, and nothing that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark. Entries that break this rule are removed without refund and the link is banned.

6. Clicks and fair play

Click counts come from real visits through the board. Bots, click farms or anything that artificially inflates counts will get the entry removed. Don't try to game the hover preview, the thumbnail endpoints or the checkout flow.

7. Takedowns

If a video infringes your rights, email us with the link to the entry and proof of ownership. We act within 48 hours. We may also remove or reorder entries to comply with the law or a platform's terms.

8. Changes

We can update these rules. Material changes are announced on this page with the date. Continuing to bid after a change means you accept it.
